Briquetting

BRISUR - Turn Key Briquetting Lines 200 to 800.

BRISUR Technologic Line for processing of sawdust from sawmill production by briquetting with the output of 200, 400, 600 or 800 kg of briquettes per hour.

BRISUR line consists of a feed screw for bringing the raw material from a loose pile, a system of belt and screw conveyers for transport of sawdust, sawdust screen, BUS drum drier including a boiler for its heating and one (400 kg/hour) or two BrikStar briquetting presses.

Raw sawdust is carried onto a pile under a shed. The feed screw brings the material over the hopper of the conveyer which supplies the drier hopper. The drum sawdust drier is heated by the boiler for burning of wood waste. Wet sawdust is separated by the rotating screen situated above the wet raw material tank. Coarse pieces fall by sliding directly into the boiler for burning. Sawdust feed to the drier is regulated by the control system in such a way so that the output temperature of the steam from the drier could be maintained at a constant value. The control system also regulates the fuelling of the boiler. The fuelling of the boiler is automated in case of the output of 800 kg/hour. Burnt gases are mixed with cold air and are sucked into the drier by the ventilator for the fume duct. The ventilator is situated behind the drier on the dust collector. Dry sawdust is taken from the drier by the screw conveyer which serves as a tourniquet into the briquetting press dry material tank. Briquettes produced with the diameter of 50 mm and the length of 60-70 mm come out of the press through the piping to the selected place of packing, e.g. directly to a PE bag standing under the pipe outlet. Briquette packing is done only after evaporation of the residual moisture and is not automated. Briquetting presses can be equipped upon request with stamping dies for a production of briquettes of rectangular shape.
