• Wood waste chippers

  High-speed running drum machines for processing wood waste particularly from sawmill and woodworking plants. They come in a line of wattages from 15 kW to 110 kW.

• Crushers of wood waste and bark
  • Wood residue crushers with hydraulic thrust

    These slow-running low-noise machines are designed to make chips particularly from lump waste.

  • Movable feed-hopper hydraulic-thrust chip crusher

    These slow-running machines are utilized for crushing various bulky pieces of waste.

  • Crushers with a feeding counter-blade

    A simple machine for processing small pieces of waste into chips for burning.

  • Bark crushers

    Increasing the value of bark in the past few years has been particularly popular. The crusher comes in useful when producing crushed bark for burning or for mulching for use under plants. The machine does not have to be attended when in operation.

  • Horizontal crushers

    Dedicated for processing of various-sized wood residue materials. Horizontal crushers can process all kinds of wood residues to chips.

• Hammer and blade mills

  The machines are chiefly utilized for preparation of wood for the production of pellets and briquettes. They process the pieces to a size of 1 - 3 mm.

• Chip separators
  • Vibrating separators

    They are utilized for separating sawdust and chips into various grades as required. For example, they significantly improve the quality of chips supplied to the paper industry. The material can be separated into three grades, while the sieve rotates. The output of the line ranges from 15 to 90 steres/hour.

  • Disc separators

    These separators are designed to separate bulk materials.

  • Suspended separators

    They are utilized for separating sawdust and chips into various grades as required. They significantly improve the quality of chips utilized in the paper industry and in the production of boards. The material can be separated into three grades. The separator is suspended on ropes and rotates. The output of the line ranges from 180 to 250 steres/hour.

• Vibrating tables

  They are primarily utilized in conveying pieces or loose material into other conveying machines. Produced up to 4 x 6 meters of maximum dimensions.

• Conveyors
  • Belt conveyors

    They serve to convey pieces and loose material, chips, sawdust, etc. Produced in widths from 200 to to 1200 mm and in lengths according to the customer’s requirements.

  • Vibrating conveyors

    Produced to convey pieces and loose material, chips, sawdust, etc. They are made in widths from 300 to 1000 mm and in lengths up to 12 m.

  • Bulk conveyors

    Produced to convey small pieces and loose material, chips, and sawdust in both horizontal and vertical directions. They are made in both lower and upper conveyor versions in widths from 300 to 800 mm and in lengths according to the customer’s requirements.

  • Chain conveyors

  • Elevators

    Produced to convey lumb and loose material in a vertical direction. They are made in widths of 300 and 400 mm and in heights of up to 15 m. Conveying performance is approximately 15 cubic metres/hour.

• Single-purpose special machines

  The production of individual machine or a limited series of machines or their parts according to our own documentation or documentation supplied by the customer.

• Parts made-to-order

  The manufacture of small and medium sized welded parts, parts turned on a lathe, milled, ground, planed, etc. according to supplied documentation.

  The production of gears and gear boxes in collaboration with the parent company of SETRA GEAR a.s.
